Calendar

Meetings for worship are held at the Meeting House every Sunday throughout the year.  For September through June the start time for meetings for worship is 11:00 am. Meetings for worship with a concern for business are generally held on second Sundays, with a variable start time.  (Check calendar for details.) In addition, please note the following:

Events in June:  

Sunday, 3 June

11:00 am.  Meeting for Worship.  [No Group Sing this week as previously announced.]

Tuesday, 5 June

5:30 – 8 pm.  CBM Friends welcome Steve Mohlke, General Secretary of New York Yearly Meeting, for meet-and-greet and potluck supper.  Steve arrives by train around 5:30, potluck starts at 6:30. Elaine is contact for food offerings. Come One! Come All!

9:45am:  Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business

Monday, 18 June

6:30 pm.  Monthly meeting of Building Bridges in Brookhaven.  Patchogue-Medford Library, Room A. Meeting held jointly with People Power of Patchogue.

Wednesday, 20 June

8 – 10 pm.  Ad hoc group for East Room and entryway organization meets at the Meeting House.  

Sunday, 24 June

9;30 am. Adult Discussion on the topic of Social Media and Platforms.  Facilitated by Wells.

11:00 am.  Meeting for Worship

And looking WAY ahead to fall:

On Saturday, October 27th, Conscience Bay Meeting, is sponsoring an Inreach Retreat — a ‘Spiritual Deepening’ – at the Meeting House.  We have engaged Debbie Humphries, a spiritually grounded outside facilitator, to help create a program in a nurturing environment where Friends can discern a deeper connection with each other and with the Spirit.  Open to all Friends and attenders at CBM.
